Libby Will Soon Require Your Password

The maker of Libby, our source for ebooks and online audiobooks, will soon require our users to login using your library card number and a password. This will be the exact same password you use to login to our catalog to place holds or renew books.

Starting October 1, 2026, Libby users will need to provide their password for access.

If you do not know your library account password or need to reset it, here are instructions on how to reset your library password.

While this will improve security, we know this is an additional hurdle to accessing our online collections. Thanks for your understanding as we implement this change.
