Free Yoga

This is a beginner-level Hatha yoga class that will focus on stress reduction through breathing exercises, short meditations, movement, and stretching.  Variations on each pose will be offered so everyone can take the class however they are most comfortable. This class will be a safe space to practice listening to your body-mind feedback with compassion and non-judgment
