The Lebanon Libraries has wifi hotspots available for check out. Reserve one here, and pick it up using our Contactless Pick Up.
Lebanon Public Libraries has wifi available outside of the library and in the parking lot 24/7. No password is needed.
Some phone companies offer free hotspot tethering from your own smartphone. Check your provider to see what they offer!

Social isolation, disruptions in our daily routines, and global health crises can be huge triggers for mental health and substance abuse conditions.
