Get a Library Card

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in getting a Lebanon Libraries card.

Although the libraries are closed until further notice, we will provide free "digital" library cards so you can access our online materials, such as e-books, e-audiodbooks, streaming videos, and databases. To get a library card, please fill out this form, and we will contact you within 24 hours with your library card information.

You may also email us at reference@leblibrary.com to receive a free digital library card. We will contact you within 24 hours with your digital library card information. Filling out the form beforehand will make the process quicker, but we are happy to accommodate your needs.

You can pick up the physical library card once we reopen. Lebanon or West Lebanon residents will have to provide proof of residence. Proof of residence can be a valid driver’s license, received or USPS-cancelled mail, rent receipts, utility bills, tax receipts, or any such items showing the applicant’s name and street address.
